CASE 01
Residential — Simple
Scorched electrical outlet with blackened plastic casing and melted wire insulation on a white wall
THE PROBLEMThe call: "My outlet sparked and now the whole wall is dead."
THE WORK

Got there at 7 PM. Homeowner thought it was the breaker — it wasn't. Aluminum wiring from the '70s, corroded at every junction. Pulled the panel cover, mapped the circuit, replaced the run. Back-fed the outlets with copper pigtails and torqued every terminal to spec. Done by 10. No drywall opened, no shortcuts.

Clean new electrical outlet installed flush in wall, properly grounded with cover plate perfectly aligned
FINISHED

"He found the real problem in fifteen minutes. The last guy spent two hours and got it wrong."

Marcus T. — Homeowner, Portland

CASE 02
Residential — Panel Upgrade
Overloaded old electrical panel with double-tapped breakers, scorched bus bar, and tangled wiring inside
THE PROBLEMThe call: "My inspector failed the panel. Closing in nine days."
THE WORK

Federal Pacific Stab-Lok — the fire-starter. Buyer's inspector was right to flag it. Pulled permit same morning, sourced a 200A Square D, coordinated the utility cutover for 6 AM Saturday so the family had power back before noon. Ran new service entrance cable, bonded the neutral, labeled every circuit before I closed the door. Inspector passed it Monday.

New 200-amp Square D electrical panel with neatly labeled circuit breakers and clean wire management
FINISHED

"Closed on time. He saved our deal and I didn't have to explain a single thing to the buyer."

CASE 03
Commercial — Full Buildout
Raw commercial construction space with exposed concrete walls, rough-in conduit stubs, and no electrical infrastructure
THE PROBLEMThe call: "Our sparky walked off the job. We rough-in in four days."
THE WORK

Walked the prints at 8 AM, had a material list by noon, crew on site next morning. 4,200 square feet of retail rough-in — 400A three-phase service, 22 circuits, dedicated HVAC feeds, recessed LED layout, and a sub-panel for the tenant suite. We finished rough-in in three days. GC got his inspection. I don't ghost jobs.

Finished commercial retail space with recessed LED lighting illuminating clean white walls and polished concrete floor
FINISHED

"Every other electrician I called gave me two weeks. He gave me three days and showed up with a crew."

Ray Okonkwo — GC, Pacific Northwest Commercial
